Providing cleanings, exams and digital x-rays, fluoride varnish, sealants, fillings, and simple extractions by our licensed dentist and hygienist.
Services are open for K – 12th graders and adult residents of the WAJ
Community thanks to generous funding from the Windham Chapter.
If insured, the insurance will be billed. Medicaid and Child Health Plus insurances are accepted. There will be no out of pocket expenses for patients with or without dental insurance.
- For K – 12th students – complete the consent form and return it to WAJ School Nurse
- For adult residents, please call Mobile Dental Health Services for an appointment- (518) 697-7892*
*Adults will be seen by appointment only, on a first come, first served basis during after-school hours.
